1. Who we are

Ingleworks LLC ("Ingleworks," "we," "us") is a limited liability company formed in Arizona, United States. You can reach us at support@ingleworks.co.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the website at ingleworks.co. Our individual software products have their own privacy policies, linked from each product's page, because each product handles data differently. If you are looking for the policy for a specific app, use the link on that app's page.

3. What we collect on this website

Nothing you give us, because there is nothing to give. This site has no accounts, no sign-in, no contact form, no newsletter, no shopping cart, and no comment section.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and loads no third-party content — fonts, images, and stylesheets are all served from ingleworks.co. Nothing on this site follows you to another site.

Like every website, ours is served by infrastructure that records standard technical information in order to deliver pages and defend against attacks. Our hosting and network provider, Cloudflare, Inc., processes your IP address, the page you requested, the time of the request, and your browser's user-agent string. We do not use that information to identify you, we do not combine it with anything else, and we do not build profiles from it. Cloudflare retains it for a limited period under its own retention policies.

4. Email you send us

If you email support@ingleworks.co, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it to answer you. Our email is forwarded through Cloudflare's email routing service and delivered to a mailbox hosted by Google LLC. We keep support correspondence as long as it is useful for supporting you and for our own business records, and we delete it when it no longer is.

5. What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it or disclose it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use it to train machine-learning models. We have no advertising partners and no data brokers.

6. Service providers

We rely on two providers to run this site and our email: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, DNS, network security, and email routing) and Google LLC (the mailbox that receives forwarded email). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms and privacy policy.

7. Where your information is handled

Ingleworks is based in the United States and our providers operate globally, so information may be processed in the United States and elsewhere. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on your consent, or our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and answering correspondence, as the basis for that processing.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your local data protection authority. California residents have the rights to know, delete, and correct, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing — which requires nothing here, because we do neither.

To exercise any of these, email support@ingleworks.co. We will respond within 30 days. In practice the only personal information we are likely to hold about you is an email you sent us, and we will delete it on request.

9. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Since we don't collect or store personal information through it, there is no user database to breach. Email correspondence is protected by the security of our providers.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here and change the "last updated" date. Material changes will be summarised at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
